On saturday, my manager brought me to watch some health department event thing. I invited Angela since she's alone and there seems to be performances at the event. I imagined by many booths at a field with lots of food and games. However it was 180 degree version of my expectations:( it was just some prize presentation event with occasional performance by volunteers (mostly elderly ones) so you can guess that the performance is pretty slow paced and kinda lame (?). the atmosphere isnt as high as high school performance lor:/
angela and i just watched running man throughout the whole thing hahaha. my workplace was in charge of one performance so i made sure to watch it. However, the performace was a skit in taiwanese language -.- couldnt understand anything. Only understand something about not littering...
when it all ended, my manager brought us to lin's residence. Apparently the Lin family was super rich in the past and had a super big garden. It's really hugeeeee.
After that at when shopped at shilin night market. I went to see the 100NT shoes but turns out the designs are all weirddd and not singapore-suitable.
On Sunday, it was raining:( so we had a change of plans in the last minute. We debated going to the second-run movie theatre. Sadly, the movies they were showing were all weird unknown titles. Then we decided to go a normal cinema to watch the movie "ilo ilo". Angela almost led us to a movie theatre for nothing. Thanks to my quick-thinking, we realised that ximending's movie theatres are not showing "ilo ilo". （＾ν＾）
We ended up going to ximending's ktv.
It's huge. Their ktv has like 12++ levels and a buffet lols. Jjang. Bad thing is there's no Korean songs here.... Nuuuu
